I have spent most of my career solving operational problems.I helped run operations for a top-rated Shopify development agency and helped grow the business significantly while managing delivery, clients, and systems.I also enjoy the financial side of business. At the age of 21 I managed tax returns for 25 clients simply because I like thinking through structure, strategy, and how everything fits together.Outside of work my wife and I homeschool our 7 kids and run a small homestead with about 50 chickens. Our house is basically a daily operations laboratory.If something works there, it usually works in a business too.
